The exact scope of services for any individual client will be defined in a written Service Agreement or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding agreement to provide services.
3. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result beyond what is expressly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties. Results from commercial cleaning services vary based on facility type, condition, size, frequency of service, and other factors outside our control.
4. Quotes & Pricing
- All estimates and price ranges provided through our website, forms, or walkthroughs are preliminary and non-binding.
- Pricing is not finalized until a written Service Agreement or MSA is signed by both parties.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the actual scope of work identified during an on-site walkthrough.
5. Acceptable Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our website content without written permission.
