We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result beyond what is expressly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties. Results from commercial cleaning services vary based on facility type, condition, size, frequency of service, and other factors outside our control.

• All estimates and price ranges provided through our website, forms, or walkthroughs are preliminary and non-binding.
• Pricing is not finalized until a written Service Agreement or MSA is signed by both parties.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the actual scope of work identified during an on-site walkthrough.
